why you need a management?

Management is a process that consists of a series of activities, such as planning, organizing, mobilization and control / monitoring, carried out to determine and achieve the set objectives through the utilization of human resources and other resources

Management functions are the basic elements that will always exist and embedded in management processes that will be used as a reference by the managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals.management function is :

1.Perencanaan (planning) is to figure out what to do with the resources owned

2.Pengorganisasian (organizing) is done with the purpose of dividing a large activities into the activities of smaller ones. Facilitate the organization of managers in supervising and determining the people required to carry out tasks that have divided them.

3.Pengarahan (directing) is an action to see to it that all members of the group trying to achieve goals in accordance with managerial and business planning

so why do we need management? because management is a very important thing in a organization, without a good management organization that we manage will not be able to run well.
