Strategic planning is the process of selecting the organization's objectives, the determination of policies and programs necessary to achieve certain goals in order to achieve goals, and determination methods need to ensure that policies and these strategic programs accomplished

many organizations are now realizing the importance of strategic planning for development and long-term health for the organization. managers have found that by defining the mission of his company in particular, they are easier to direct and focus its activities. so, the company can function better and more responsive to a changing environment


B.OPERATIONAL PLANNING

Operational planning is the process of assuring that specific tasks are carried out effectively. An operational planning is a subset of strategic work plan. An operational plan is the basis for, and justification of an annual operating budget request. Therefore, a five-year strategic plan would need five operational plans funded by five operating budgets.

Operational plans should be prepared by the people who will be involved in implementation. There is often a need for significant cross-departmental dialogue as plans created by one part of the organisation inevitably have implications for other parts.
