A kitchen staff in a 5-star hotel found to carry the hotel's beef weighing 200gr. Incident is known after a routine security inspection conducted after working hours ended. Staff who are found to carry the meat was immediately taken to the HRD room for questioning by the assistant manager. After questioning and the staff has to explain everything, Assistant managers and HRD directors and managers immediately called a meeting to determine what the appropriate sanction for such dishonorable behavior. Events such as this should be taken seriously, there needs to direct the handling of the HRD director, manager and assistant manager. After the meeting ended, the HRD director decided that the appropriate sanctions for staff who are found to bring home the hotel's property is to be given Repliment II. With the existence of an incident like this can be a lesson for all staff and incidents like this will not happen again
